26/50 Monday Favourites

1. In class today

It was yin yang and we went hard-core on the yang. Side crow felt delicious. As I was doing it I thought, this is my new fave. (And not just because it was smooth to get into. Probably though.)

I’ve come home and been dropping down into it, stretching my legs out and ahhhhhh. I’ll be a happy chappy if this is part of any other classes this week.

By that I mean, please, please, please inside my head.

Possibly got the wrong end of the stick for having no expectations on the mat.

2. Avo on toast

It’s the only way I can justify this regression to meals of toast.

Avo is one of those good foods that are not only healthy but also pretty on Instagram. Praise be.

I do have banana issues with them though. They have to be PERFECT or there’s gagging.

Unfortunately I eat toast due to having given up in the kitchen. I never feel good when I eat it, even gluten free, yet here I am. Stuffing four slices into a two-slice toaster (which is such a piece of crap that one of the pieces on one side slides right down to the bottom. And yes, you do get a shock sticking knives onto the element. Every time.)

I hear you. Cook some f*****g food, Jane.

3. Coffee so hot, it burns

It’s a good day when you blister the inside of your top lip. Extra, extra hot, preferably 80 degrees is exactly what it means.

I know baristas, I know, but you have me smitten for life if you hit the hotness.

Of course, you might not want me for life in which case I’ll just stalk you quietly.
